KSG Agro increased its sales revenue by 45% and EBITDA by 23% in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the same period in 2022. This was reported by the press service of the agricultural holding with reference to the company's report published on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

KSG Agro agricultural holding, in the first quarter of 2023, compared to the same period of 2022 increased its sales revenue by 45% - from 3.54 to 5.12 million USD, and EBITDA - by 23% - from 1.52 to 1.87 million USD. In addition, during the reporting period, the company's gross profit increased by 46%, from USD 1.41 million to USD 2.06 million, and operating profit by 37%, from USD 1.12 million to USD 1.54 million.

"In the first quarter of this year, we continued to implement our clear and understandable strategy of focusing on three winter crops, two summer crops and pigs of the same breed," comments Sergiy Kasianov, Chairman of the Board of Directors at KSG Agro. - "The holding's products, which are part of the staple foods, are always in demand, and will be especially in demand in 2023, during the full-scale invasion of Russia. In the first quarter of 2023, we exported 4.2 thousand tons of grains (wheat, corn, barley), mainly to Asia and Africa. Export deliveries were made within the existing grain corridor through the ports of Odesa and Odesa region and other logistics destinations. All this had a positive impact on the dynamics of profit and other financial indicators."
