BIOVILL Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A065940) agreed to acquire 11.5% in Kiwi Company for KRW 10 billion on May 18, 2017. As per terms, 0.07 million shares will be acquired. The consideration will be financed through issuance of 7th private convertible bonds of KRW 12 billion. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Kiwi Company reported total assets of KRW 23.8 billion, net assets of KRW 4.6 billion, sales of KRW 16.1 billion and net income of KRW 389 million. The Board of Directors of BIOVILL Co.,Ltd. resolved the deal on May 18, 2017. The deal is expected to close on May 19, 2017.

Its products are used in construction, automobile, advertising, electronic and other industries. In addition, it also involves in the provision of pigments and solvents.
