Komehyo Co.,Ltd. announced consolidated and non consolidated financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2020. For the nine months, on consolidated basis the company reported operating income of JPY 61 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 666 million or JPY 60.85 per basic share on net sales of JPY 35,951 million against operating income of JPY 477 million and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 163 million or JPY 14.92 per basic share on net sales of JPY 42,728 million for the same period of last year.
For the nine months, on non consolidated basis the company reported net sales of JPY 14,944 million. Operating income was JPY 524 million. Net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 832 million.
Komehyo Holdings Co Ltd, formerly Komehyo Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the brand fashion business, the tire and wheel business and other business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Brand Fashion segment is involved in the purchase, sale, brokerage and auction management of new and used jewelry products, precious metals, watches, bags, clothing, kimono, cameras, musical instruments and others, as well as the sale of apparels, sneakers and shoe care products. The Tire and Wheel segment is involved in the planning, research, development, manufacture and sale of tires and wheels for passenger cars, automobile supplies and parts. The Company is also engaged in the leasing of real estate properties.
