This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Kohinoor Mills Limited "the Company" will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11:30 hrs., at 8 Kilometer Manga Raiwind Road, District Kasur, the Registered Office of the Company through video conferencing for consideration of the budgetary impact on the business of the Company and declaration of entitlement, if any.

The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from June 6, 2023 to June 12, 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.4 of Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
