KOFAX PLC : Kofax Executive Appointed to AIIM Board of Directors

Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), the leading provider of document driven business process automation solutions, today announced that its Chief Marketing Officer, Martyn Christian, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Association of Information and Image Management (AIIM).

AIIM is the leading non-profit industry association that helps organizations find, control and optimize information. The AIIM Board of Directors establishes strategic direction and sets policies for the organization. Members of the board serve three year terms and are selected from throughout the enterprise content management (ECM) and related markets for their extensive leadership experience, as well as their ability to shape AIIM's vision to connect users of document and business process management technologies and services with suppliers to drive efficiency, productivity and reduced costs.

The appointment marks Christian's second term on the AIIM Board of Directors. He is a Fellow and previous Board Chair. ?Martyn returns to the AIIM Board at a pivotal time for AIIM and the industry,? said John F. Mancini, President of AIIM. ?Enterprise capture and business process automation are assuming increasingly important positions in the enterprise technology stack. Martyn's previous experience with AIIM as Chair and his background in the ECM space will be important assets to the association and the industry as we help organizations more effectively manage their documents.?
