   130,590 thousand dollars with endorsements/guarantees to be provided
   by KNH ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., which maturity date is on November 30,2021.
(3)KNH (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. apply to First Bank (ChengDu) for loans NT$
   152,355 thousand dollars with endorsements/guarantees to be provided
   by KNH ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., which maturity date is on November 26,2021.
(4)KNH board of directors approved above (2) and (3) with
   endorsements/guarantees NT$ 282,945 thousand dollars in advance to meet
   KNH (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. business demands on November 5,2021.
(5)In accordance with the regulations of the declaration operation, the
   balance of the endorsements/guarantees must be double-calculated and
   expressed as of the date of the fact. After the contract is renewed, the
   actual endorsement guarantee balance will remain at NT$ 457,065 thousand
   dollars, and as 17.45% of the net worth on the latest financial report.
