KINGHERO revises financial calendar
Munich, June 7, 2013. The KINGHERO AG announces that the publication of the annual report 2012 is being postponed again. This is because of a delayed start of the audit process due to organizational reasons within the company so that the audit has not been finalized yet. The exact publication date will be announced at the earliest possible occasion.

Munich, June 7, 2013. The KINGHERO AG announces that the publication of the annual report 2012 is being postponed again. This is because of a delayed start of the audit process due to organizational reasons within the company so that the audit has not been finalized yet. The exact publication date will be announced at the earliest possible occasion.  

In line with the postponement of the annual report 2012 there will be further delays in the financial calendar, for example the date for this year's Annual General Meeting.

The Management Board of KINGHERO apologizes for any inconveniences that may occur as a result of these changes.
