JSC Khimprom (MICEX:HIMC) signed an agreement to acquire JSC Percarbonate from Veytalia Holdings Limited for RUB 2.1 billion on December 12, 2014. The transaction was approved by the Board of Khimprom.

JSC Khimprom (MICEX:HIMC) cancelled the acquisition of JSC Percarbonate from Veytalia Holdings Limited on December 12, 2015.
