On October 19, 2016, Mark A. Cox ceased to be employed as Vice President and Controller of Key Energy Services Inc. (the Company), which was the Company's principal accounting officer position. The Company appointed Mr. Eddie Picard, as the Company's Vice President and Controller effective on October 20, 2016, which will continue to be the Company's principal accounting officer position. Mr. Picard most recently served as the Senior Director of Finance, Drilling & Completions at C&J Energy Services (C&J) from January 2014 to June 2016. C&J is a provider of well construction, well completions and well services to the oil and gas industry. Prior to his time at C&J Mr. Picard worked as a professional certified publicaccountant, consulting at companies within various industries from November 2011 to December 2013.
Key Energy Services, Inc. provides an array of energy production solutions and services. The Companyâs solutions include well servicing, fishing and rental services and cementing and abandonment. Its fleet of rigs includes a range of classes for production, including completion services. Each rig is available with ancillary equipment to help meet clients' needs. It offers a full line of services and rental equipment to enhance the value of its customers' oil and gas wells. Its rental equipment includes reverse units, drill pipe, tubulars, laydown machines, power swivels, foam air units, fishing and completion tools and others. Its P&A package provides all the equipment necessary to plug and abandon a well, all from a single service provider.
