K-REIT ASIA MANAGEMENT LIMITED'S UNITHOLDING IN K-REIT ASIA
K-REIT Asia Management Limited(the "Company"), as the manager
of K-REIT Asia, wishes to announce that it has today sold and
transferred 12,114,120 Units in K-REIT Asia to a wholly-
owned subsidiary of Keppel Land Limited, namely K-REIT Asia
Investment Pte. Ltd..
As at the date of this announcement, with this transfer, the
Company's unitholding in K-REIT Asia is 23,534,019 Units,
representing approximately 0.92% of the total number of Units
in issue in K- REIT Asia. The total number of issued Units in
K-REIT Asia as at the date of this announcement is
2,547,574,969.
