KB Home announced the grand opening of the Reserve and the Estate Collections at Somerset Meadows in the highly desirable town of Longmont in Boulder County. These attractive collections of homes will be open to the public this weekend – January 28th and 29th. Situated only 15 miles northeast of Boulder in West Longmont, KB Home’s Somerset Meadows is located in a recognized center for technology and advanced manufacturing companies. Pricing starts in the high-$400,000.
