Kazkommertsbank AO : informs about merger of GRANTUM Asset Management and Kazkommerts Securities

17 September 2015, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Kazkommertsbank ("The Bank", "KKB") informs about completion of reorganization of its investment subsidiaries, as a result of which JSC OCOPAIM "GRANTUM Asset Management" ("GAM") merged with JSC Kazkommerts Securities ("ККS"). GAM ceased its activities, and KKS assigned all rights and obligations of GAM.

The Board of Directors of KKB (authorized management body and joint general meeting of shareholders for both for GAM and ККS] approved the reorganization of the companies on 15 December 2014.

Kazkommertsbank is the sole shareholder of Kazkommerts Securities.
