According to the letter from the Securities and Futures Investors Protection
Center, the company requires the company to immediately report to the major
shareholder Mr. Tsai, Mo-Tsan for the benefits obtained from the trading of
the company's stock exchange from April 14,2020 to November 26, 2020.
Interest shall be attributed to the company within the time limit of the
letter in accordance with the law. If it is not executed within the time
limit, the company shall immediately carry out relevant legal proceedings
to avoid damage to the company.

The company has sent a letter on June 9,2022 requesting the shareholder to
attribute the interests to the company,
