Kaya Holdings, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was USD 249,121 compared to USD 291,133 a year ago. Operating loss was USD 320,329 compared to USD 276,968 a year ago. Net income was USD 3.863 million compared to net loss of USD 1.533 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.01 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.01 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of USD 0.01 a year ago. For the half year, sales was USD 512,879 compared to USD 546,498 a year ago. Operating loss was USD 637,411 compared to USD 1.607 million a year ago. Net income was USD 8.113 million compared to USD 11.250 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.05 compared to USD 0.08 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.02 compared to USD 0.08 a year ago.
