SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the profit warning announcement of Kam Hing International Holdings Limited dated 26 June 2020 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise specified, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board wishes to further inform the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company that, based on the preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 and information currently available to the Board, it is expected that the Group will record a net loss in the range of approximately HK$35.0 million to HK$40.0 million for the six months ended 30 June 2020, as compared to a net profit of approximately HK$44.5 million recorded for the corresponding period in 2019. The primary reasons for the above loss have been disclosed in the Announcement.

As at the date of this announcement, the Company is still in the process of finalising the financial results of the Group or the six months ended 30 June 2020. The information contained in this announcement is only based on the information currently available to the Company and the preliminary assessment of the Board on the management accounts, which have not been audited or reviewed by the auditor and/or the audit committee of the Company. The Shareholders and the potential investors of the Company should read the interim results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2020 carefully, which is expected to be released on or before the end of August 2020.
