Early on March 1 and 2 this year, the delegation led by Mr. Y F Lee, Chairman of the Ka Shui Group, traveled to Xi'an, Shaanxi to kick off a series of magnesium alloy lightweight cooperation and project discussion with the local business partners in magnesium industry chain. One main focus of this cooperation with Proton Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Proton Automotive) was on the lightweight of magnesium alloys. We are very honored to receive a visit from the delegation led by Mr. Wang Zhao, Executive Director, General Manager of DECH Future Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "DECH Future"), and Chairman of Proton Automotive to Ka Shui on July 21 and 22.
On July 22, as witnessed by Mr. W C Wong, Vice Chairman of Ka Shui Group and Mr. Wang Zhao, Executive Director, General Director of DECH Future and Chairman of Proton Automotive, Mr. Norman Chan, Director of the R&D Center of Ka Shui Group and Mr. Chao Pengxiang, Vice General Manager of DECH Future signed a strategic co-operation agreement on behalf of both parties, marking the beginning of the in-depth strategic cooperation relation. According to the agreement, both parties will carry out in-depth strategic cooperation in lightweight project development, supporting services, brand promotion and business model exploration.
This collaboration will focus on the lightweight application of magnesium alloy in heavy truck vehicles. Both parties will take advantage of their core strengths with resources complementary to each other, to achieve a win-win situation.
