During Mar 1st - 2nd, Mr Lee Yuen Fat, the chairman of Ka Shui Group, and the delgation visited Xi'an, Shaanxi to kick off a series of magnesium alloy lightweight cooperation and project discussion with the local business partners in magnesium industry chain.
Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, the chairman of Ka Shui Group, together with Mr. Wang Fei, the chairman of Yulin Magnesium Industry Group, and Mr. Huang Xiaobo, the chairman of Shaanxi Suide Zhenmeng Magnesium Alloy Material Co., Ltd. and the delegation visited Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. All parties focused on the discussion and communication on the cooperation project of magnesium alloy formwork. During the meeting, Mr Lee Yuen Fat began with an introduction of Ka Shui Group, and then shared his views on the competitive advantages of lightweight magnesium alloy and the promotion of magnesium formwork application. Mr. Lee has affirmed and supported an in-depth cooperation in the area of magnesium formwork with Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd and Yulin Magnesium Industry Group, and the parties have made a consensus on the development of formwork projects together in the future.

Mr Lee Yuen Fat, the chairman of Ka Shui Group together with Mr. Li Xingping, the director of Fugu Country Bureau of Industry and Trade, Mr. Wang Fei, chairman of Yulin Magnesium Industry Group, and Mr. Huang Xiaobo, the chairman of Zhenmeng Magnesium Alloy Material Co., Ltd and the delegation visited Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Shaanxi Automobile") and Dechuang Future Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. Shaanxi Automobile is a main R&D and production base of China's heavy military vehicles, and a large-scale manufacturer of full series commercial vehicle. It is also an active and powerful industry advocator of green, low-carbon emission and environmentally friendly car transformation. Dechuang Future Automobile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "Dechuang Future") was founded in 2021. In order to implement the important instructions of the development of "New Models, New Businesses, New Technologies and New Products" by Mr. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) during the visit of Shaanxi Automobile on April 22, 2020. Followed the setting requirements of state-owned enterprises reform in Shaanxi Province and Qin Chuang Yuan innovation platform, Shaanxi Automobile has cooperated with the Management Committee of Jinghe new city of Xixian new area and the automobile supply chain upstream and downstream companies and operation teams to establish a joint-venture innovation center platform company integrating all elements of "government, industry, university and research funds". Dechuang Future focuses on the "intelligence, electrification, networking and lightweight" development of commercial vehicles to develop scientific research and innovation, industrial incubation and industrial cluster. The business includes the R&D and service of automobiles, materials and information technology, sales of new energy vehicles, manufacturing and sales of auto parts and accessories, etc.
In the meeting, Ka Shui Group, Shaanxi Automobile and Dechuang Future focused on the ideas sharing of the development of magnesium alloy lightweight parts and the cooperation of green magnesium industrial park, and also explored the opportunities of magnesium alloy automobiles part lightweight cooperation projects.

The next day, Mr. Lee Yuen Fat, the chairman of Ka Shui Group and Shaanxi magnesium industry chain partners attended a seminar of the planning of metal magnesium industry of Yulin Energy Group held in Xi'an Engineering Investigation & Design Research Institute of China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Co., Ltd. All participants devoted ideas and suggestions to the lightweight industry in order to jointly contribute to the "Goal of Building 100 Billion Magnesium and Aluminum Industry" Production of Yulin City and the development plan of metal magnesium industry of Yulin Energy Group.
