JVSPAC Acquisition Corp. announced that it expects to receive $2.4 million in funding from Winky Investments Limited

JVSPAC Acquisition Corp. announced that it has entered into unit purchase agreement to issue 240,000 units at an issue price of $10 per unit for gross proceeds of $2,400,000 on January 18, 2024. Each Unit consists of one ordinary share and one right to receive one-fourth of one Ordinary Share.

The transaction included participation from returning investor Winky Investments Limited.
