Subject	Report on Utilization of Proceeds Received from Capital Increase

Bio Green Energy Tech Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to inform the report of utilization of proceeds received from capital increase as following details:

1. Offering of newly issued ordinary shares (Rights Offering)

According to Juta Maritime Public Company Limited, which later changed the Company's name to Bio Green

Energy Tech Public Company Limited (the "Company"), has offered to sell the newly issued ordinary shares in proportion to existing shareholders (Rights Offering) for 1,699,041,644 shares with price 0.30 baht per share that it was proceeded during 22nd - 24th and 27th - 28th December, 2021. The Company receiving the money from this capital increase totally 509,712,493.20 baht. Therefore, the Company would like to report the use of the proceeds received from such capital increase as of 30th June, 2022 as follows:

2. Offering of newly issued ordinary shares to a private placement

According to Juta Maritime Public Company Limited, which later changed the Company's name to Bio Green Energy Tech Public Company Limited (the "Company"), has offered to sell the newly issued ordinary shares to Mr. Niti Thammajak which is considered that an issuance and offering of ordinary shares to a specific person (Private Placement) for 90,000,000 shares with price 0.60 baht per share that it was proceeded on 21st June, 2022. The Company receiving the money from this capital increase totally 54,000,000 baht. Therefore, the Company would like to report the use of the proceeds received from such capital increase as of 30th June, 2022 as follows:

3. Exercise of rights to purchase ordinary shares under warrants to purchase ordinary shares No. 1 (BIOTEC- W1)

According to Juta Maritime Public Company Limited, which later changed the Company's name to Bio Green Energy Tech Public Company Limited (the "Company"), has Issued and allocated warrants to purchase ordinary shares of the Company No. 1 JUTHA-W1 (The new securities name is BIOTEC-W1) to existing shareholders of the Company in shareholding proportion (Rights Offering) with free of charge, its exercise ratio is 1 warrant per

1 ordinary share (1:1) which the exercise price at 0.50 baht per share. The determination of exercise date of rights as follows:

▪	1st exercise date of rights :	31st March, 2022
▪	2nd exercise date of rights :	30th June, 2022

• 3rd exercise date of rights : 30th September, 2022 (The last exercise date)

Therefore, the Company would like to report the use of the proceeds received from such capital increase,
