Jumbo SA announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, as amended and in force, Circular 33/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, that "FMR LLC" notified the company on January 27st, 2023 that on January 26th, 2023 the percentage of voting rights of "Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC" was 8,99% and is included to the total percentage of voting rights held indirectly by "FMR LLC". In accordance to the above notification, the total number of the voting rights of Jumbo S.A. that "FMR LLC" held indirectly on January 26th, 2023 was 13.590.010 or 9,99%, while the percentage according to the previous notification was 10,99%.

Jumbo S.A. is No. 1 in Greece of retail distribution of toys. Net sales break down by family of products as follows:
- decorative items and home products (38.8%);
- seasonal products (21.6%);
- toys (20.1%);
- stationery items (8.2%);
- baby items (4%);
- other (7.3%): primarily snacks and sweets.
At the end of 2021, products are marketed through a network of 81 hypermarkets located in Greece (52), Romania (15), Bulgaria (9) and Cyprus (5), and via Internet.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Greece (57.8%), Romania (21.9%), Cyprus (10.6%) and Bulgaria (9.7%).
