The board of directors of Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. announced that due to work re-arrangement, Mr. Tang Yiping has tendered his resignation as an executive director of the Bank, the vice chairman of the Board, a member of the Development and Strategy Committee of the Board, a member of the Risk Management Committee of the Board, a member of the Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board, the president and an authorised representative of the Bank with immediate effect.
