Jeongmoon Information Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A033050) agreed to acquire unknown remaining stake in JME Inc. for KRW 5.4 billion in cash on December 11, 2012. Following the completion of the deal, Jeongmoon Information will hold 100% stake in JME Inc. The Board of Directors of Jeongmoon Information resolved the deal on December 11, 2012. The transaction is expected to close by December 11, 2012.
