RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The board of directors (the "Board") of Jason Marine Group Limited (the "Company") refers to the Company's announcement in relation to the proposed appointment of Mr Colin Low Tock Cheong as an Independent Director dated 12 July 2021.

Following the approval of the Company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 27 July 2021, the composition of the Board and Board committees of the Company shall be reconstituted as follows:
