With reference to the resolution ofthe Board ofDirectors' meeting No.5/2012, convened on

12 December 2012 of Jasmine Intemational Public Company Limited ("the Company") regarding the 106,857,000 repurchased shares, the Company would like to notify you that the Company will decrease its paid-up registered capitai by writing off the repurchased registered shares and will later on register the capitai decrease with the Ministry of Commerce, respectively.

The number of repurchased shares for writing offthe Company's paid-up capitai is l 06,857,000 shares; the par value is 0.50 baht per share. The number of written-off shares is equivalent to

1.475%ofthe number ofpaid-up capitai prior to the capitai decrease.

2. The Company's Paid-up Capitai
The writing off of the repurchased shares stated in Clause l has resulted in the decrease in the

Company's paid-up capitai as summarized below :

Previous capitai : 7,244,251,378 shares at par value of 0.50 baht/share, totaling 3,622,125,689 baht. New capitai : 7,137,394,378 shares at par value of 0.50 baht/share, totaling 3,568,697,189 baht.
The Company shall further register this change of capitai with the Ministry of Commerce and inform the SET respectively.
The Company certifies that the information contained in this report is true and complete in ali respects.
