By The Board of Directors of Jackspeed Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce its response to the queries raised by SGX on 4 May 2012 in connection with the unaudited financial statements for the financial year ended 29 February 2012 ("FY2012") announced on 27 April 2012.
SGX Query 1:
Please clarify if the date of the agreement with a non-related party for the sale of a leasehold property is 18 August 2012 (as stated on page 7 of the unaudited financial statements for FY2012) or 18 August 2011.
Company's response:
The Company wishes to clarify that the agreement with a non-related party for the sale of a leasehold property was entered on 18 August 2011 and not 18 August 2012.
SGX Query 2:
With reference to Section 9 of the unaudited financial
statements for FY2012, the Company has previously disclosed
prospect statements to shareholders in the announcement of
unaudited financial statements for the half year ended 31
August
2011. The Company should explain any variance between the
prospect statements and the actual results.
Company's response:
The Company wishes to provide the following clarification in
relation to Section 9 of the unaudited financial statements
for FY2012: -
The results reported for FY2012 are in line with the
announcement of unaudited financial statements for the half
year ended 31 August 2011 released on 13 October
2011.
