On a per-share basis, the Brooklyn, New York-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents.

The commercial real estate leasing company posted revenue of $5.5 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $712,000, or 35 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $21.4 million.
