CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. hereby informs that on April 12, 2021, after the opening by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. of the bids placed in a public offering procedure as a result of framework agreements for the deliveries of DN1000 coated steel pipes with length of ca. 75 km for investment task Gas Pipeline Gustorzyn - Wronów order 1 (procedure number: ZP/2021/03/0013/PI), under the framework agreement which the Company informed about in current report 24/2019 of August 16, 2019, the Company learned that the offer submitted by Izostal S.A. of value PLN net 169.7 million, amounting to PLN gross 208.7 million, has turned out to be the most beneficial.

The Terms of Reference specify the period of performance of deliveries to be October 15, 2021 to April 30, 2022.

The Company will inform on receiving the official information on the selection of its offer as the most advantageous in a separate current report.
