BJ Ventures Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 2.28% stake in ITM Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A084850) from Seoul Electronics & Telecom Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A027040) for KRW 15 billion on June 19, 2024. A cash consideration of KRW 15 billion will be paid by BJ Ventures Co., Ltd. to acquire 516,191 shares. Upon completion, BJ Ventures Co., Ltd. will own 5.39% stake in ITM Semiconductor Co., Ltd.
ITM Semiconductor Co.,LTD is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the development and manufacturing of products used for secondary batteryâs battery pack protection. The Companyâs main products include protection module package (PMP), protection one chip (POC) and other semiconductors used as materials of secondary batteryâs battery pack protection. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets.
