ITAB Group has signed a three-year agreement with a leading European grocery chain for the delivery of checkouts, merchandising solutions and services for upcoming new stores and all store refurbishments in multiple countries. The implementation is planned to begin in the first quarter of 2023 and the total value of the contract is estimated for at least MEUR 12 over three years. Together with the customer, a leading European grocery chain, ITAB has developed a tailored solution for the chain's stores covering the needs of modern consumers as well as improved performance and design of the customer.

Ergonomics and function have guided the development. Pilot installations in several countries have proven the concept developed by ITAB. Starting in the first quarter of 2023, ITAB's solutions will be rolled out in Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia, and Hungary.

Other countries will follow later. The total value of the products, systems and other services under the contract is estimated for at least MEUR 12 over three years.
