ISC Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was KRW 875.51 million compared to KRW 814.93 million a year ago. Net income was KRW 13,928.81 million compared to KRW 5,671.07 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 808 compared to KRW 408 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was KRW 787 compared to KRW 377 a year ago. Basic earnings per share was KRW 808 compared to KRW 408 a year ago. ISC Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of components for semiconductor and electronics testing equipment. Along with its subsidiaries, the Company operates in manufacturing and restaurant businesses. Its manufacturing business manufactures three categories of products: test sockets, including integrated silicone contactors (ISCs), V-contactors, integrated silicone lead frames (ISLFs), memory module sockets and various manual test solutions; burn-in sockets and cycling sockets, which are used for ball grid array (BGA), land grid array (LGA), micro lead frames (MLFs), quad flat no leads (QFN) packages and others, and interposers, which are used for probe cards and pad to pad interconnections. On March 27, 2014, the Company completed the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary namely JSR MICROTECH,INC.
