Ironbark Zinc Limited entered into an agreement to acquire Perseverance Brazil Project from Lone Wolf Investments Pty. Ltd. and CoPeak Corporate Pty Ltd for AUD 0.10 million.

Ironbark Zinc Limited (ASX:IBG) entered into an agreement to acquire Perseverance Brazil Project from Lone Wolf Investments Pty. Ltd. and CoPeak Corporate Pty Ltd for AUD 0.10 million on June 26, 2024. A cash consideration of AUD 0.1 million will be paid by Ironbark Zinc Limited.

As part of consideration, AUD 0.1 million is paid towards assets of Perseverance Brazil Project. The transaction will be financed through equity investment of AUD 0.72 million. Ironbark Zinc board approved the deal.

The transaction is expected to complete shortly.
