IRB InvIT Fund Reports Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Earnings Results for the First Quarter Ended June 30, 2020

IRB InvIT Fund reported unaudited consolidated and standalone earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company reported revenue from operations of INR 1,962.309 million against INR 3,157.224 million a year ago. Total income and gains was INR 1,984.819 million against INR 3,228.558 million a year ago. Profit for the period after income tax was INR 239.109 million against INR 428.101 million a year ago.
For the quarter, on standalone basis, the company reported total income and gains was INR 1,463.377 million against INR 1,517.443 million a year ago. Profit for the period after income tax was INR 1,138.703 million against INR 1,160.915 million a year ago.
IRB InvIT Fund is an India-based infrastructure investment trust. The Trust owns, operates and maintains a portfolio of toll road concessions. The Company manages six operational road assets in the states of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Punjab. The Companyâs projects include Tumkur to Chitradurga NH 4 Project, Jaipur - Deoli NH 12 Project, Omalur - Salem - Namakkal NH 7 Project, Talegaon - Amravati NH 6 Project, Pathankot - Amritsar NH 15 Project, and Vadodara Kim Expressway.
