IProperty : Head of Developer Sales

What you will be doing?

Actively define and target active prospects
• Actively look into the media to identify active prospects
• Actively identify and target the industry influencer and work on them
• Develop sales strategies and communicate it to team
• Coordinate team sales plan and schedule
• Prioritize target list in conjunction with Country Manager

Generate sales opportunities
• Oversee the development of display pipe line
• Develop & grow communication with developer
• Analyse client needs and propose solutions to develop sales
• Assist team member to conduct product presentation to potential client if required
• Ensure display team member conduct sales call & sales appointments in line with the weekly targets
Focus to convert active projects into sales
• Determine competitiveness of display proposal
• Negotiating contract in relation to price, terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
• Seek referrals from your clients
Customer maintenance
• Engage in regular and frequent communication with your customers
• Think creatively and work actively to meet your customers' expectations
• Provide feedback on customer complaints and comments
Leadership
• Providing guidance, direction and mentorship to display team
• Ensure all team members efforts are focused and aligned with segment objectives and plans.
• Provide a positive work environment.

What are the requirements?

• 5 years of experience in a Sales Property Environment
• Strong communications skills
• Business telephone etiquette
• Strong communications skills
• Sales skills
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia

Desirable

• Outbound Sales in a customer oriented environment
• Telesales skills
• Able to communicate in English
