The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of iPeople, inc. held on 8 April 2021, declared of a PHP 0.06 per common share cash dividend, or a total amount of PHP 62,655,791.82 from the company's unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2020, to all stockholders of record as of May 7, 2021. Payment date is on or before May 31, 2021.
iPeople, inc. is a holding and management company. The Companyâs main operating subsidiaries are the Malayan Education System, Inc. (Mapua University), National Teachers College (NTC), University of Nueva Caceres (UNC) and Affordable Private Education Center, Inc. (APEC).
