Mobileleader Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A100030) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 500 million worth of its common stock, pursuant to a contract with Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to stabilize the stock prices. The program will expire on August 7, 2020. As of February 6. 2020, the company had 536,532 shares in treasury and no shares in treasury through other acquisition.
