Inwido AB has 21 January 2020, held an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) in respect of the Nomination Committees proposal on election of new board members. In accordance with the proposal from the Nomination Committee, the EGM resolved to elect Kerstin Lindell and Christer Wahlquist as new board members for the period up until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. Since 2007, Kerstin Lindell has been President and CEO of Bona AB. She is also a Board member in Hexpol AB and Peab AB. Kerstin Lindell is independent both in relation to the company's major shareholders, as well as to the company and its management. Since 2016, Christer Wahlquist has been President and CEO of Nolato AB, where he has been employed since 1996. Christer Wahlquist is independent both in relation to the company's major shareholders, as well as to the company and its management.
