Material Events

No material events, specifically in relation to the Company, occurred during
the period.

Dividends

During the period, a second interim of 2.05p per ordinary share was paid in
respect of the Company's financial year ending 31 March 2014. This dividend was
paid on 31 December 2013 to shareholders on the register on 6 December 2013 and
the shares were marked ex-dividend on 4 December 2013.

The Directors have also declared a third interim dividend for the financial
year of 2.1p per ordinary share payable on 14 March 2014 to shareholders on
the register on 21 February 2014. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 19
February 2014.

The Company has authority to buy back shares (for cancellation or into
treasury) and to issue new shares (disapplying pre-emption rights), in each
case within specified limits. The Company expects to renew these authorities at
the Annual General Meeting each year.
