In-Touch Survey Systems Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the full year 2012. For the period, the company reported net earnings and other comprehensive earnings was $1,032,218 on revenue of $10,719,792 against net earnings and other comprehensive earnings of $1,114,904 on revenue of $8,930,735 a year ago. Earnings from operating activities was $761,362 against $1,059,741 a year ago. Net income and EBITDA were down because of increased investment in product development and marketing and the loss of two large customers in fourth quarter due to cost cutting measures in these firms.

The company expects gross margins to increase and return to historical levels in 2013 as Service Intelligence customers have been fully transferred onto In-Touch systems.
