Under the agreement, Captira will become the upgrade path for all BARS accounts.

Customers operating under a current BARS contract will have the opportunity to upgrade to the Captira platform for the remainder of their contract term. Captira will provide these users with the bail industry's most sophisticated data management capability in addition to reporting and analytics that enhance operations and save time and expense. All existing BARS data will be migrated to the Captira system at no cost to BARS customers providing for easy transition and business continuity.
