Integrated Wind Solutions ASA ("IWS") has published its first Green Financing Framework to highlight the Group's sustainability strategy to lenders and investors. IWS is committing to a sustainable future by investing in state-of-the-art Commissioning Service Operation Vessels ("CSOVs") with class-leading energy efficiency and high operability. The Group's vessels provide essential services to the offshore wind energy industry, which helps facilitate the transition to a low-carbon future. The Framework is based on IWS's strategy of providing an integrated service offering across the value chain of offshore wind and has been developed to align with the 2021 ICMA Green Bond Principles and the LMA/LSTA/APLMA, 2023 Green Loan Principles. IWS already has a Green Senior Secured Credit Facility of up toEUR 118.65 million classified as Green under the banks' green financing frameworks. In order to increase the consistency and transparency of the Group's financing activities, IWS has developed the Green Financing Framework and obtained an independent second party opinion. The framework has been reviewed and rated "Medium Green" byS&P Global Ratings , a leading independent expert on research-based assessments of Green Finance Frameworks.Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB ("SEB") acted as sustainability structuring advisor on the establishment of the Green Financing Framework.
