Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI) is a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services. The Company operates through segments, including Philippines, Singapore/China, Bulgaria, Czech, Mexico, USA, and Japan. IMI exports printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), flip chip assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, box build products and enclosure systems. It also provides a range of solutions, including product design and development, test and systems development, automation, advanced manufacturing engineering, and power module assembly, among others. The Company serves diversified markets, such as the automotive, industrial, medical, storage device, and consumer electronics industries, and non-electronic products (including automobiles, motorcycles, and solar panels, among others) or parts, components or materials of non-electronic products, as well as to perform and provide information technology services.
