Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. announced that at the organizational meeting held on April 7, 2017, the board of directors elected board committees and memberships. The board elected the following: Executive committee: Arthur R. Tan as chairman, Rafael Ma. C. Romualdez as vice chairman and Jose Teodoro K. Limcaoco as member; Nomination Committee: Alelie T. Funcell as chairman, Jose Ignacio A. Carlos as member and Edgar O. Chua as member; Audit Committee: Edgar O. Chua as chairman, Rafael Ma. C. Romualdez as member and Hiroshi Nishimura as member; Compensation Committee: Alelie T. Funcell as chairman, Delfin L. Lazaro as member and Hiroshi Nishimura as member; Finance Committee: Delfin L. Lazaro as chairman, Jose Teodoro K. Limcaoco as member and Rafael Ma. C. Romualdez as member; Related party transactions committee: Hiroshi Nishimura as chairman, Rafael Ma. C. Romualdez as member, Edgar O. Chua as member and Jose Teodoro K. Limcaoco as member; and Proxy validation committee: Solomon M. Hermosura as chairman, Jaime G. Sanchez as member and Neilson C. Esguerra as member.
Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI) is a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services.
