Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI) is a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services. The Companyâs geographical segments are segregated as follows: Philippines, China, Europe, Mexico, Germany/UK, and USA/Japan/Singapore/IMI UK. IMI exports printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), flip chip assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, box build products and enclosure systems.
