to Exhibit Wireless Power Solutions at the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 7-10

SANJOSE, Calif., December 17, 2013 - Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (®) (NASDAQ: IDTI), the Analog and Digital Company™ delivering essential mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, today announced that it will be exhibiting its industry-leading wireless power solutions at the 2014 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, January 7-10. 's wireless power transmitter and receiver ICsolutions address magnetic induction- and resonance-based standards that facilitate cable-free battery charging in a myriad of portable electronic applications.

"We're looking forward to demonstrating our industry-leading products and prototypes at CES," said Arman Naghavi, vice president and general manager of the Analog and Power Division at . "Since last year's show, we've won numerous awards and announced several exciting new products. This includes the industry's first dual-mode wireless power receiver capable of communicating with both a Qi- and PMA-type transmitter, and WPC1.1-compatible wireless power transmitters supporting triple-coil configurations. These products, including our PMICs and other unannounced wireless power solutions will be on display for our invited customers."

Among the products announced during 2013 is the IDTP9021, the industry's first dual-mode wireless power receiverICthat provides compatibility with both the Power Matters Alliance (PMA) and Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) standards. 's innovative receiver bridges the technology gap between competing wireless power standards, empowering OEMs to use a single bill-of-materials (BOM) for a seamless customer experience.

The IDTP9035Aand IDTP9036Awireless power transmitter ICs are certified to meet the requirements of the WPC1.1 specification for Tx-A5 and Tx-A11 (5 V single-coil), and Tx-A6 (12 V triple-coil) configurations, respectively. On the receive side, the IDTP9025is a single-chip WPC-certified IC, including an onboard synchronous full-bridge rectifier and low-resistance low-dropout (LDO) regulator, enabling customers to achieve excellent power transfer efficiency with minimal external component count and board space.

Other pre-announced products and magnetic resonance-based wireless power information will be accessible to invited guests only. Please contact your local sales representative for more information.
