Kvantia AS has today purchased 12.652.574 shares in Insr Insurance Group ASA
(the "Company") at a share price of NOK 0.16 per share. 
 
Kvantia AS will following completion of the share transaction hold 12.652.574
shares in the Company, corresponding to approx. 8.5% of the total outstanding
shares.
