List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Assembly of INPRO S.A. on 2 June 2017

The Management Board of INPRO S.A. (the 'Company') with its registered office in Gdańsk informs that the shareholders present at the Ordinary General Assembly of INPRO S.A. (the 'GA') which was held on 2 June 2017 had 27,930,008 votes at their disposal.

The following had at least 5% of votes at the GA:

Mr Piotr Stefaniak - 8,460,000 votes, which was 30.29% of the number of votes at that Assembly and 21.13 % of the total number of votes,
Mr Zbigniew Lewiński - 9,460,000 votes, which was 33.87% of the number of votes at that Assembly and 23.63 % of the total number of votes,
Mr Krzysztof Maraszek - 10,010,000 votes, which was 35.84% of the number of votes at that Assembly and 25% of the total number of votes,

The total number of shares issued by INPRO S.A. is 40,040,000, and the number of votes under those shares is 40,040,000.
