Resignation of Officer

On November 10, 2022, Dr. Andrew Salzman submitted to the Company, a notice of resignation from his position as Chief Science Officer of the Company, with such resignation to be effective immediately. The Company accepted the resignation of Dr. Salzman on November 11, 2022.
