From April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022, the company has repurchased 56,368 shares, representing 0.16% for $0.91 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 5,214,633 shares, representing 15.34% for $71.48 million under the buyback announced on April 1, 2013.

The Company owns approximately 52 retail properties, totaling 7.2 million square feet.
