PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN PRC

The board (the ''Board'') of directors (the ''Directors'') of Jiu Zun Digital Interactive Entertainment Group Holdings Limited (the ''Company'' or ''Jiu Zun Digital'') announces that the headquarters and principal place of business of the Company in the People's Republic of China (the ''PRC'') will be changed to Room 2803 and 2809, 28th Floor, 12-1 Keyun Road, Tian He District, Guangzhou, the PRC* (中國廣州市天河區科韻路12號之一 2803及2809) with effect from 1 April 2021 and will further be changed to Room B102, 1st Floor, Dongcheng Building, 58 Jianzhong Road, Tian He District, Guangzhou, the PRC* (中 國廣州市天河區建中路58號東誠 大廈B102) with effect from 28 April 2021.

The telephone and facsimile numbers, as well as the website of the Company will remain unchanged.
