Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corp (TSE:3249), a fund of Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc. agreed to acquire 49% Stake in Osaka Konohana Logistics Center and 60% Stake in IIF Fukuoka Hakozaki Logistics Center I and 60% Stake in IIF Fukuoka Hakozaki Logistics Center II and 60% Stake in IIF Itabashi Logistics Center for ¥13.9 billion on January 24, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, 49% Stake in Osaka Konohana Logistics Center will be acquired for ¥4.3 billion and 60% Stake in IIF Fukuoka Hakozaki Logistics Center I will be acquired for ¥3.1 billion and 60% Stake in IIF Fukuoka Hakozaki Logistics Center II will be acquired for ¥5.5 billion and 60% Stake in IIF Itabashi Logistics Center will be acquired for ¥1 billion. Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corp will borrow ¥13 billion long term debt to fund the transaction. The transaction is expected to close on February 20, 2017.
